INFORMATIVE NOTES ON THE RULES IN FORCE
LAW 46/90 LAW 46/90 Law n. 46/90 Article 7(1) determines the criteria for the fulfillment of anti-intrusion and anti-burglary systems.
Normative documents (CEI Standards and technical guides) (The Italian Electrotechnical Committee), and in particular: – CEI 79 – 2 for the construction of individual equipment. – CEI 79 -3 for the realization of the plant. Other complementary CEI normative documents, as highlighted below, relate to the laying of cables and their interconnections. The CEI normative document 79-2 divides the devices you need to establish an anti-theft alarm system in three different levels.Each level determines the performances of the product on an increasing scale, so that the last one satisfy the needs of the highest risk class of risk at which where the monitored space is exposed. The devices used to make the system must be at of the same level of performance. The CEI (regulation) normative document 79-3 defines the risk class in relation to (the) users’ needs, consequently the corresponding performance level of the plant and equipment, in sufficient numbers to meet this requirement.It also disciplines also the installation of the plant, the testing, the periodic checks of functionality and maintenance. The CEI normative documents 64 – 8 and 103-1 disciplines electrical and telephone interconnections. The CEI normative documents 46 – 5 standard is related to the topic on shielded cables.
